Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement. Once the order is processed/shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns

Due to the hygiene nature of skincare, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please send an unboxing video to gjsglowcustomers@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will issue a replacement or a refund.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days as per bank norms.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Processing Time: All orders are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

Delivery Time: We ship via reputed Indian couriers. Delivery usually takes 7-12 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Charges: We offer flat-rate shipping of ₹80 or Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.

Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Detailed tracking updates are available upon request – Just DM or email us with your order #.
